Human Resource Competency Study
Access Exclusive Resources about the HR Competency Study
As EAPM-member NOCA is able to offer our members access to the Human Resource Competency Study (HRCS 8) completed by The RBL Group, in partnership with the University of Michigan Ross Executive Education, as well as with 19 HR associations.
We invite you to join this webinar together with EAPM and RBL Group, where Allan Freed, a Principal Consultant in RBL’s European office, will be presenting the findings of the HRCS 8.
For over 30 years The HRCS has been gathering data on HR professional competencies, and how these can create value for all stakeholders, all while delivering and improving on business results and effectiveness. The 8th round of the study was conducted from mid-September 2020 through to February 2021, and has revealed compelling insights and information on how to navigate HR’s impact, while ensuring results are translated into positive actions.
At the webinar you’ll gain insight in specific HR- competencies that the study points to like:
- Personal Effectiveness
- Value Creation for Stakeholders
- Organisation Effectiveness
And you’ll gain access to the full HRCS 8 report.
To join this event you need to sign up on this page and you receive a link to register through RBL’s zoom-registration, as they are hosting this event.
What is The EAPM?
The European Association for People Management is a network association and the body for European human resource management and the people profession. It forms a European umbrella body of national HR related organisations and facilitates experience exchange without profit or commercial gain. It is a purely professional, not-for-profit organisation independent of all employers’, trade union, state or political bodies. EAPM members share a commitment to the value of the people management profession; this commitment is to support the development and performance of individuals, companies and societies.
